The service

VIVA is a candidate-owned career ledger. You keep one dated record of your work; VIVA turns it into a public page a skeptic can trust, a one-page PDF that survives ATS parsing, prep material for a specific interview, and — for the people on the other side of the table — a Panel where an employer’s interviewers share notes about a candidate across rounds, without scores or rankings. That is the whole product, described plainly, with nothing hidden behind it.

Your content

You own what you put into VIVA — your ledger entries, your statements, your artifacts, everything you author. By using VIVA, you grant us a license to store, process, and render that content for the purpose of running the service: generating your pages, answering questions against your record, producing your PDF, and assisting your prep. That license exists so we can do the job you asked us to do, and nothing beyond it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or represent someone else’s work as your own.
• Enter fabricated credentials, dates, or claims you know to be false.

VIVA exists to make claims traceable — a record with a fabricated entry defeats the point of the product for everyone who reads it, including you. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service this way.

AI outputs can be imperfect

Pages, answers, and prep material generated by VIVA are produced with the help of AI models, and AI outputs can be imperfect — a generated summary can misphrase something, an answer can miss context. The control against that is simple: nothing generated on your behalf goes live until you review and bless it. Your review is the gate, not our confidence in the model.

Service provided as is

VIVA is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you have paid nothing, so has our liability.

Termination

You may stop using VIVA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of the acceptable use terms above, or if the service is discontinued. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before termination that is not for cause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will notify you — by email or by a notice in the product — before it takes effect. Continuing to use VIVA after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
